Gluten Free Turkey Meatballs

These are SO insanely delicious and juicy. Sure to please the healthy and the not so health inclined.
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of ground turkey
1 egg
2 tsp of minced garlic
1/3-1/2 sautéed onion
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
salt
pepper
olive oil to sauté
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend the Hu Kitchen crackers in a high speed blender to form a flour
Sauté chopped onion for 3-5 minutes with oil
Add minced garlic for 3 minutes and take off heat
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine
Roll turkey mixture into golf size balls and place on a large plate
Heat cast iron skillet with oil to medium-high
Add meatballs to skiller and cook until browned on every side
Then cover skillet for 5 minutes to cook the inside
I put mine on top of zoodles mixed with my favorite Rao's homemade tomato basil sauce!
